Julie Levy står med som författare i den här studien där katter fångades in i ett TNR-projekt och sedan följdes under 11 år

Julie Levy anser sig har blivit feltolkad av utredaren av den nya Svenska djurskyddslagen. Utredaren använder forskarens namn utifrån att hon är kritisk till TNR vilket hon alltså inte är. Tvärtom.
